I cannot believe I forgot to make my May playlist until now, but I guess it’s better late than never!!
This month I chose an entire album instead of a bunch of different songs. I downloaded Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeroes album named “Here” yesterday and I fell in love. Get it here!
How cute are these? Perfect for summer picnics!
I hope everyone had a super exciting long weekend, but I am in dire need of some help choosing how to decorate my room in my new apartment! I had originally planned to do white bedding with lavender walls, but now I think I want blue walls…
That was before I came across this patterned duvet though. My only concern is that it may be too much(?!), I don’t know.
Help me decide!!!!

I hope everyone is looking forward to an extra day off this week, I know I am! Since there are so many BBQs today I thought it was appropro to share a recipe for red, white and blue margaritas to get us all into the patriotic spirit!
6 ounces tequila
4 ounce blue curacao
4 ounces sour mix
6 ounces tequila
2 ounces triple sec
6 ounces sour mix
2 handfuls of strawberries
First wet the rim of your margarita glasses and roll them in the coconut!
Next you should pour the ingredients for the blue margaritas (except the ice) into your blender and blend for about 10 seconds. Then, throw in a handful of ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
Pour the blue section into your glasses and start on the red margaritas following the same directions of liquid first, but make sure to add in your fresh strawberries. Once that is blended together add your ice!
Layer the red over the blue and you have your red, white and blue margaritas!
Enjoy your long Memorial Day weekend! I hope you have fabulous weather wherever you are!!
